Don't ask questions just to ask. Make it meaningful to your "why."
I recently read about frameworks like STAR and PEARL for interviews from https://jackiebavaro.substack.com/p/use-pearl-instead-of-star-to-shine
What are your thoughts on such frameworks fr telling achievements in interviews?
These are useful frameworks to think about accomplishments.
I think where they fall short is that they don't flow as well in conversation.
They take twice as long to talk through than the 3 act play style and don't allow for the same good back & forth experience.
Is a very good point. I agree they are useful, but if I've not fully internalized them, they will come out sounding awkward.
Wonder if there's a best of both worlds?
I advise the 3 act play for this.
Get to the point quickly and make it easy for people to ask questions.
